Welcome to World of Pedia!

World of Pedia is an online educational products store owned and operated by Manar El-Husseini, a sole proprietor based in British Columbia, Canada.

Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to World of Pedia and its owner.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.

2. Our Products

World of Pedia offers educational books, colouring books, learning activities, and games designed to support children's learning and development.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate.

However, minor variations in product appearance may occur.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible Canadian orders of CAD $100 or more, before applicable taxes.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases.

We do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Product Use and Safety

Our educational products should be used according to their intended purpose and any age recommendations or safety instructions provided.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for providing appropriate supervision when children use our products.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

All original content on our website, including text, branding, photographs, and graphics, is owned by World of Pedia or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.

You may not reproduce or commercially use protected website content without authorization, except where permitted by law.
